This could be self-defence, but I don't think that use of force was proportional or reasonable. It might have been. Guess we'll see. Plus there may be additional circumstances.

@catturd2 Yeah that ain't it, chief. Unless the guy who swung at him then pulled out a piece out of frame, which it doesn't look like. Plus the shooter's look to the camera at the begining, and him checking his piece before confronting the guy... Doesn't look good.
