Do what makes you happy every chance you get so that you can be content with your decisions. Going through life as a people pleaser will never serve you cause trust me, people will never ever be pleased with you.
You can spend a year constantly scrolling through social media feeds; reading things that trigger you, keep you entertained etc OR
You spend same year reading (books, newsletters, podcasts, courses etc), questioning ideas, researching and sitting with the ideas that confuse you at first, forming your opinion.
In the first phase of the latter, you might not have instant knowledge ready when asked but after like 2-3 years, the compounding starts.
You see patterns others miss. You spot weak arguments immediately. You make decisions from understanding.
By year 5, you would have spent years building your thinking instead of letting only algorithms do it for you.
If you’re a young person, the leverage you currently have is time because life gets soooo busy as you get older and take on more responsibilities.
A lot of people get to their first/second job and stop reading deeply. We rely on summaries of summaries. We outsource our thinking to AI because “ Omg, I’m so busy, I don’t have time to finish a book”… please dkm.
The investment in quality information is in building yourself. Your ability to think. Your ability to see what others don’t and can’t.
The years will go by either way, it’s what you do with them that you’ll see.🦋✨
There’s no expiry date for the amount of times that you can start over when it comes to your career, your business and even your personal life.
Pursue whatever it is that makes you happy and believe in yourself.

YOUNG PEOPLE don’t sleep on plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, roofing, drywall, and painting. There serious money in the trades! Skills pay the bills!
on a serious note, getting your life together starts with being brutally honest with yourself. you have to look in the mirror, admit what’s holding you back, and take RESPONSIBILITY for the habits and flaws stopping your growth. it’s uncomfortable, but it’s necessary.
the POWER OF THE TONGUE is REAL. stop claiming you’re TIRED, BROKE, or DEPRESSED. start speaking GRATITUDE. start MANIFESTING GROWTH. start pouring LIFE into yourself
if you want to do “6 months locked in”. i’d suggest you start with 1 hour. one book. 50 pages. each day, fighting your urge to touch the phone. and gradually, you’ll see your attention span coming back home to you, and by the end of the year you will have lived your best life.
Entrepreneurship will humble you before it rewards you.
It will expose every weakness, test every belief you have about yourself, and force you to grow faster than you ever planned.
There are days when you question your sanity, your decisions, and even your abilities.
You can be completely alone and at your lowest, and life will still go on. The world won’t stop for you. That’s why you must rise for yourself and do what's best for you. Because in the end, it's you who has to fight for your growth. So, take action, no matter how little.✌❤💡
