We’ve seen comments telling doctors and nurses that ‘you knew the pay when you chose to do the job’

But that’s exactly the point

They knew the pay, and it’s gone DOWN in real terms since then

All staff actually want is the same pay they had in 2008

Is that really too much?

The strikes this week have not been caused by junior doctors.

They’ve been caused by a Government that has taken healthcare professionals for granted for far too long.

@RoshanaMN The worst was when an anaesthetic consultant called me by my first name and then introduced himself by his title. Respect should go both ways! I almost said I think you mean Ms, but just gave him evil stare instead.
