@nsandihelp Sir, I've been calling these phone numbers for 3 days now. As soon as the robot tries to transfer me to a human representative, the call hangs up. I called a dozen of times, from 3 different phones, every time the calls hangs up at exactly the same moment into my call.

@nsandihelp I signed up 2 days ago (and deposited money into the account) but I'm not receiving the OTP codes to login into my account. Phone support keeps hanging up on me as soon as I'm about to be transferred from the robot to a human...how can I get help?

@nsandihelp Followup to this message, I now tried calling from a 3rd phone number from a 3rd provider (Sure) and again, as soon as I'm about to be transferred from the robot to a representative, the call hangs up. What happens with my account and money if I can't login at all?

@nsandihelp Spoke with Airtel, there isn't any sort of block on the calls/texts but they said they know there are issues with NSandI texts not being received and that I should have an option on the page to get a call instead with the code. But I only have "resend code" which doesn't work

@nsandihelp The one I registered with is Airtel. But I called 08085 007 007 from both Airtel and JT and they both get disconnected.

@nsandihelp Yes, it's a mobile phone in the Channel Islands, I make calls and receive calls (and texts) on it daily

@nsandihelp No code still. I tried calling the non UK number as well, I was on hold for maybe 5 minutes and then it disconnected as well. I'm calling from Channel Islands, can that be it?

@nsandihelp I wasn't able to call yesterday, I just called now and same thing happens: being hanged up on as soon as the robot transfers me to a representative.

@nsandihelp I believe so. I can't get into the account to double check. I tried calling support to check or change the number but I'm being hunged up every time.

@nsandihelp I signed up 2 days ago (and deposited money during the process) but I'm not receiving OTP on my phone number, I tried at least 10 times over the last 2 day. Phone support hangs up as soon as the robot tries to transfer me to a person to help me sign in
