I cannot put into words how much I despise Southwest Airlines. Yet again sitting for hours on a plane at the gate because they have to “re-arrange” the luggage!!!

@SouthwestAir you are absolutely the worst airline. Cancelled both of my kids’ flights yesterday and today from different airports and your answer was to book them to arrive Christmas Day at 11:50pm. All your other flights and airlines moving through around them.

Update: from OC to El Paso (1st refuel) to almost DFW but then to Austin for 2nd refuel. maybe someday we’ll get to DFW. And let’s blame it all on weather issues that never appeared #AmericanAirlines
