@KLM I hope that if I’m paying for a business class ticket I get a checked luggage! But for regular passengers flying internationally not within Europe it should keep being the standard that we get one piece of checked luggage. It should be the NORM and a courtesy for flying so far.

@KLM is becoming extremely cheap. Making customers pay for the FIRST luggage on an overseas flight from Amsterdam to Canada ?!? How cheap can we get ? 1000 euros isn’t enough to guarantee one piece of luggage. I regret to say that I won’t be booking any more flights with @KLM.

@KLM Hi @KLM ! Thank you but for an international flight outside of Europe (Amsterdam-Edmonton for ex) I think that no matter the ticket we buy, we pay enough to be given a check in luggage. It’s always been the case, and I don’t understand the necessity of charging even more.
