Cross The Ages: The Final Announcement

Our ambition was to build an unshakeable bridge between the virtual and the real world, to weave a deep, transmedia universe.

For five years, Cross The Ages has been carried by extraordinary minds, an exceptional cast of writers and artists, and the unwavering fervor of an incredible community.

Despite the total commitment of the team and strong initial promises, economic reality has delivered its verdict.

The Operational Challenges :

- The Web3 Gap: The strategic divide between traditional adoption and the Web3 audience proved insurmountable.

- Lack of Growth: Organic traction was not sufficient to reach a critical level of viability.

- Funding Strain: Our significant personal investments into the development of Arise aimed at opening this universe to the mainstream could not be sustained financially, and market follow-through failed to materialize.

Having entered receivership (redressement judiciaire) several months ago, we drastically reduced our workforce in an attempt to save the essentials.

Our final strength was dedicated to convincing investors to support the ultimate production phases of Arise and the marketing launch of the Blast TCG.

Unfortunately, the economic climate and the global cooling towards Web3 sealed our fate.

We were unable to raise the essential funds required to continue operations.

It is with profound heartbreak that we announce this to you: Cross The Ages is officially entering judicial liquidation.

Next Steps and Timeline
Wednesday, July 8th: Blast will permanently close its doors.
- Portal & NFTs: We do not have all the procedural details today, but we will do our best to keep the Portal and the NFTs active until the end of the season (September 24th).
- Trisel Farming: A mini-game, originally planned for an user acquisition campaign, will be made available on the Portal so you can farm Trisel as a replacement for Blast.
- Sunset Period: Over the coming weeks, all secondary services, social media channels, and customer support will be progressively dismantled.

These past few months have been an ordeal of uncertainty and sacrifice for our internal team.

We would have loved to share these details with you sooner, but the legal complexities of the situation strictly prohibited us from doing so.

Cross The Ages : L'Annonce Finale

Notre ambition était de construire un pont inébranlable entre le virtuel et le réel, de tisser un univers transmédia profond.

Durant cinq années, Cross The Ages a été porté par des esprits hors du commun, un casting d écrivains et artistes d'exception, et la ferveur ininterrompue d'une communauté incroyable.

Malgré l'engagement total de l'équipe et des promesses initiales fortes, la réalité économique nous a imposé son verdict.

La faille stratégique entre l'adoption traditionnelle et le public Web3 s'est avérée infranchissable.

La traction organique n'a pas été suffisante pour atteindre le niveau de viabilité critique.

Nos investissements personnels important dans le développement d'Arise, visant à ouvrir l'univers au mainstream, n'ont pu être soutenus financièrement et le marché a manqué de relais.

Entrés en redressement judiciaire il y a plusieurs mois, nous avons réduit nos effectifs de manière drastique pour tenter de sauver l'essentiel.
Nos dernières forces ont été consacrées à convaincre des investisseurs de soutenir les phases finales de production d'Arise et le lancement marketing du TCG Blast.

Malheureusement, la conjoncture économique et le refroidissement global envers le Web3 ont scellé notre destin.

Nous n'avons pas pu réunir les fonds indispensables à la continuité de l'activité.

C'est avec un déchirement profond que nous vous l'annonçons : Cross The Ages entre officiellement en liquidation judiciaire.

Mercredi 8 Juillet Blast fermera définitivement ces portes.
Nous avons pas encore tous les détails de la procédure aujourd'hui, mais nous ferons de notre mieux pour maintenir actif le Portal et les NFTs jusqu'à la fin de la saison (24 Septembre).
Un mini-jeu initialement prévu pour une campagne d'acquisition sera mis à disposition sur le Portal afin de farmer du Trisel en remplacement de Blast.
Au cours des prochaines semaines, l'ensemble des services secondaires, réseaux sociaux, support, seront progressivement démantelés.

Ces derniers mois ont été un calvaire d'incertitude et de sacrifices pour l'équipe interne.

Nous aurions aimé pouvoir vous communiquer les détails plus tôt, mais la complexité légale de la situation nous l'interdisait.

Un merci infini à vous, les bâtisseurs de la première heure. Des premiers lives aux HL, de notre rencontre sur le bateau, à la sortie du roman.

Vous avez été notre moteur, notre soutien, et notre raison de repousser sans cesse les limites. Cette aventure restera gravée en nous à jamais.
