- Va de liderazgo estratégico

ES INACEPTABLE que Xbox esté con pañitos tibios a estas alturas.

• Si el producto es fuerte, el marketing no puede ser el eslabón débil. Xbox tiene estudios, talento y juegos más que la competencia, no hay justificación que valga, porque cuando una estrategia no conecta durante tanto tiempo, alguien tiene que asumir responsabilidad.

👉 Esto no es un ataque personal, es una exigencia proporcional al tamaño de la marca que representas. Xbox no necesita excusas, necesita dirección firme, claridad y ambición en cómo se presenta al mundo.

👉 El marketing no está cumpliendo su función principal que es defender, amplificar y posicionar a Xbox con fuerza.

Y le voy a decir algo a usted con todo respeto:
Los xboxer lo quieren patitas afuera por su ineptitud y negligencia. Si el rumbo del marketing no va a cambiar, quizás lo más sano sería dar un paso al costado y permitir que alguien con otra visión tome las riendas.

Brazil’s Democracy Just Died – And the Media Is Cheering

The Brazilian Supreme Court has done what every banana republic regime dreams of – they’ve sentenced their top political opponent to rot in prison for nearly three decades. Former President Jair Bolsonaro has been slapped with 27 years behind bars after being found guilty of “attempted coup,” a charge so elastic it could cover anything from a sternly worded Facebook post to looking at Alexandre de Moraes the wrong way.

Let’s be clear: this wasn’t justice. This was political theater. A 4-1 ruling from a panel of five judges – many of whom have been credibly accused of corruption – was never about the rule of law. It was about consolidating power and making sure no one dares challenge Brazil’s ruling regime again.

And of course, the global media is eating it up. The same outlets that faint at the mere suggestion of “threats to democracy” when a populist tweets too much are now applauding as a sitting judiciary locks away the most popular opposition figure in the country.

This is what the left does when it’s threatened: they weaponize the courts, criminalize dissent, and call it “defending democracy.” Brazil has now joined the growing list of countries where “justice” is just a tool for regime preservation.

The world should be alarmed — but instead, the usual suspects are clapping.
