Yesterday, our annual certification ceremony for our Rwandan operations took place at Ste Famille Hotel, Kigali.
The ceremony celebrated the achievements of 218 graduates who successfully completed our training programs in 2024 from Rwanda in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction. Of these graduates, 115 joined our training via the e-learning platform [https://t.co/bOg2tfuHMl], while 169 attended in person at our training venue in Kigali.
The event also recognized trained companies, including major ones such as NPD, Rwanda Energy Group, Rwanda Transport Development Authority, GASABO 3D, King Faisal Hospital, RandaMEP, and others.
We also recognized over 400 final-year students trained at universities like INES Ruhengeri, University of Rwanda-CST, and RP-MUSANZE College.
We thank everyone who has been part of this journey: our expert instructors, our partners, and the broader Nziza team. Together, we will continue driving digital transformation and elevating the AEC sector across Africa.
To the graduates: Go out there and be the voices for the changes we’re bringing to the industry. Many congratulations to you once again!

Rwanda is undoubtedly at the next level on this continent. You won't appreciate its advancements until you travel to its neighbouring countries, which, despite having larger economies, offer facilities to their citizens that fall far very low compared to those in Rwanda.
Engineering graduates need to change their mindset. Stop settling for less after spending years gaining knowledge to conquer the industry, and end up being conquered bcz you are not prepared adequately. Simply relying on classroom knowledge is no longer enough in this modern era.
