Trick or Treat in Alexandria has been moved to TOMORROW NIGHT, Oct. 30 from 6-8pm due to weather. Weather on Wednesday, Oct. 31 is to be cold with rain showers/storms. For the health of everyone concerned the City of Alexandria is moving Trick or Treat up a night.
