@Kaybirdsong7@KimDotcom The thing with meddling is comic. If US and specifically this president would not be meddling in anyone's affairs we would not care as much. But by the time your country is called 51 state, I guess we are way over the 'meddling' part.
@CanadaGoose911 Why don't you build your house in the red circle and let us know, we'll follow you shortly, buy property quickly while it is still cheap.
@JeffreyLuscombe Such a winner! Just like the team he supports. Anyway I think Maple Leafs will win a championship before Liberals improve the life of Canadiens, and I don't mean the team.
@prof_hydee@MarioNawfal Trust, or lack of it. Big part of USA's hegemony in terms of economic dominance is trust in the US dollar and the fact that everything is traded in dollars. Once that fades it will be a sharp decline.
@Dr_da_Vinci@SaltyGoat17 You seem like a decent person, still your comment is very misleading. Since 911 most of the US soldiers died in Afghanistan and Iraq. These were wars that US started and dragged NATO countries in for many years. Instead of saying thanks, bashing allies is low.
@SaltyGoat17 Crazy how short sighted the MAGA nation is. I don't even think it is worth trying to explain any common sense to them. But the sad situation is that a significant part of the population of the most powerful country thinks and votes like that.
@ZephyrViews@_MAGA_NEWS_ What allies does the US still have? Trump managed to alienate all of them. They were called cowards after they were dragged into Iraq and Afghanistan. Some were threatened with invasion, i.e. Denmark and Canada. What exactly do you expect?
@GrindeOptions War in Iraq was a failure. Started for bogus reasons, costs a lot in the end Iraq is still nowhere near it should be. War in Afghanistan was a total disaster, lasted decades, huge costs and loss of life, in the end they replaced Taliban with Taliban. How will this be different?
@wealthmoose Probably not, because I would have to give up Canadian and European citizenship. As long as they don't have dual citizenship, I don't think I would be interested. But I would give it a thought.
@PeterHRatcliffe I would love if Cuba decides to be part of Canada, they would have a path to freedom and democracy and a high level of income, Canada would finally have a province with great weather. When Cubans get rid of communism, they will have great options and a wonderful country.
@BillMelugin_ I can foresee a lot of bankruptcies in the airlines industry. Citizens and tourists alike might not fancy being checked by ICE and have to deal with it. A lot of people including tourists will simply avoid traveling. Including me, I used to love to vacation in the US. Not now.
@Jesii_ca_M Are you committed to following the same list you put forward? Will you never get angry, will you always ask permission before going somewhere or doing something, stay off social media? If not, you are a joke.
