@AerLingus just had the most appalling customer service the night before we fly, as if it isn’t stressful enough flying atm. Is it true u can’t check in online if you’re a family & all have the same surname as it ‘confuses the system’? Or if you’re travelling with 18 years olds?

@MonsoonUK Terrible service trying to get VAT receipts for 2 online orders that I requested a month ago. All I keep getting told from customer service is there’s no timeframe on VAT receipts. Try telling my accountants that. It’s such a shame as you’re letting the brand down
