At my work, we send out surveys to guests. If they mention our name in a positive way, we get a $10 gift card. If the property gets more than 57% positive scores, we all get free food. Food is a great motivator. #mavorg

This week we participated in anonymous surveys about our supervisors, and workplace as a whole. This is a good way to bring up issues that an employee is not comfortable discussing openly. We have had a lot of changes as a result of surveys in the past. #mavorg
