@Starbucks And lastly, when I asked the store manager about it she said that it was her policy, and that she had no plans of changing it. She said I should just request “no straw” when I place a mobile order, which I did, and that still hasn’t solved the problem! What gives?? (2)

Hey @Starbucks!! Can you please explain to me why I keep getting a straw placed inside of my iced beverage? First of all, it’s unsanitary. Second, it’s a gross waste of plastic, especially when SO many people use reusable straws in this day and age. (1)
