@feellikepdiddy I’m coming. I need to meet the Scotland tea diaries girls and become their best friend and live out my life eating scones and drinking from pretty cups.
@M_asinMerry I mostly agree. The only space I think it would make sense was direction? Something technical about the actual making of the movie, not the show itself.
@M_asinMerry The only contributing factor to Lin vs. Leslie that I can think of is screen time? We see more of Lin’s expression and interactions and don’t have the option to watch Leslie at the same time because of the movie format. That’s the only speculation I’ve got for you.
@feellikepdiddy @M_asinMerry I also outright refuse to acknowledge the existence of infinity war and endgame, especially endgame, so just cross those off the list altogether. Could they possibly be great movies? sure. Do I have the emotional bandwidth to acknowledge there existence? No.
@feellikepdiddy @M_asinMerry Honestly, if nothing else, just watch Ragnarok. It stands alone as cinematic masterpiece without needing context of the other movies. And watch Homecoming because Tom Holland.
@feellikepdiddy @M_asinMerry "Sorry for the noise, a couple of months ago I accidentally summoned the ghost of Agatha Christie during a seance and she has possessed my dog and finds it funny to interrupt my meetings. You know how feisty reincarnated spirits can be."
@M_asinMerry I think about how people who hate big companies try to buy these “smaller” brands without realizing that they’ve all been quietly acquired by p&g or unilever. Native deodorant? Yep, p&g owns that.
@amysueagnes @Sotherans “sinkhole of rats” is definitely a circle of hell but I’m not sure which one. Maybe the third because putrid slush and icy rain also seem very New York.
Hey @smartereveryday! My dad is a civil engineer who likes history/military history, engineering, wood working, and building things. Do you have any book recommendations for a Christmas gift for him?
