There is much going on out there in the wider world, but in me, in my neck of the woods, there is peace.
It arises from being aligned with myself, with my own consciousness. Walking to my own inner drumbeat.

There is home, safe and kind, and loving. There is wilderness, that free and artful, and kind and knowing. There are fields so full of nutrients, so potent with potentials of new growth.
And all of this ... on the inside first.

@Fritzimages Glad you enjoyed the pics. There are many bugs where I live and that's why I initially became interested and then found out they are incredibly fascinating. We have birds and bugs mostly, not many mammals.
Life cycle of citrus swallowtail butterfly on kaffir lime in my garden. Egg, then small caterpillar looking like bird poop, to now forming itself into a cocoon. It spun a silk girdle that cradles it, anchoring onto the branch. Now we wait for the butterfly.

@KateStantonSing@Kerria Im glad to hear it....yes i agree. Codee is best, i like it too and it is also such a lovely social rhing...lets go for a coffee with friends...and offering it to visitor and welcoming interesting conversations. It culturaly means much more than just a drink. Imo.
@KateStantonSing@Kerria I also wanted to add about the naming, in many places, the wholesome freely available foods are deliberately belittled, as if worth less. Just so that everybody would keep buying the overpriced industrial cardboard that is normalised as 'food'. I no longer buy that kind of bs. :)
@KateStantonSing@Kerria Ah yes, this salad exactly. I didn't know this channel. Yes that is how you pick them, before they bloom, and you leave the root in soil so it can regrow. Also pick from where there has been no artificial fertelizer.
@KateStantonSing@Kerria Yes they do sell it here too. But I grew up in Europe, in Alpine region. And there, after the snowy winter, we would pick the early dandelion leaves for healthy vitamin full salad. You can make it mixed with egg, beans, potato...so good. And so I even now love the taste of it.
@KateStantonSing@Kerria Yes, and its blooms support the early insect population after the winter sleep. And they are just simply beautiful.I love leaf salads and tea. I grow chickory, which has similar taste as dandelions don't grow well where I now live. I'm glad we share the love of dandelions.
Ponderings on Sunday ... there is a beautiful path, the path to the inner home. It is exhilarating and so much more, when one comes home for the first time, to that incredible inner ever glowing hearth of being.
