1968年，美国爱荷华州一个叫赖斯维尔的小镇上，三年级老师简·艾略特走进教室。

前一天，马丁·路德·金刚刚被暗杀。

��子们问她："为什么有人要杀他？"

简·艾略特没有回答，而是对全班说："今天我们做一个实验。"

她把班上的孩子分成两组：蓝眼睛的和棕眼睛的。

第一天，她宣布："蓝眼睛的孩子更聪明、更优秀。他们可以多玩五分钟课间休息，可以先吃午饭，可以喝饮水机的水。棕眼睛的孩子不可以。"

仅仅一个上午，变化就出现了。

蓝眼睛的孩子变得傲慢、攻击性十足，开始嘲笑棕眼睛的同学。而棕眼睛的孩子变得沉默、自卑，连考试成绩都明显下降了。

原本是好朋友的孩子，几个小时之内就开始互相敌视。

第二天，简·艾略特反转了规则："我昨天说错了，其实棕眼睛的孩子才是更优秀的。"

一切立刻颠倒过来。棕眼睛的孩子变得趾高气昂，蓝眼睛的孩子瞬间垮掉了。

两天后，她结束了实验，让所有孩子坐在一起。

她说：

"你们这两天的感受，就是黑人每一天的感受。没有人因为眼睛的颜色就比别人优秀或低劣，也没有人因为皮肤的颜色就比别人高贵或卑微。"

教室里安安静静，好几个孩子哭了。

这就是教育史上著名的"蓝眼睛/棕眼睛"实验。简·艾略特后来上了美国ABC电视台的节目，这个实验被拍成纪录片《分裂的���堂》，在全球播放了几十年。

五十多年后，当年班上的孩子接受采访时说："那两天改变了我的一生，我再也没有用外表去评判过任何一个人。"

这个故事的寓意是🥳

偏见不需要理由，只需要一个标签。一个老师用两天时间让8岁的孩子明白了一个大人花一辈子都学不会的道理——你不需要贬低任何人来证明自己的价值，因为没有人天生就该低人一等。
