Woke up at 7, got a good run in about 2 miles easy conversational pace. Hit the sauna for a half hour, then got my lift in, today was arms and abs.
Hammer curls 3×8 30lbs
Bicep curls × 3×8 25lbs
Decline abs 3×10 22lbs
