Key findings: We studied CSF transport, measured gene silencing kinetics, and benchmarked our L2-siRNA platform against ASOs — in both mice and rats.

Using single-cell RNA-seq, we built a cell-specific atlas of gene silencing across the brain.

What began nearly 4 years ago as a troubleshooting experiment, slowly evolved into a journey exploring CNS delivery of a lipid–siRNA platform.
