'E' includes anyone who is "economically inactive" - so literally all retired ppl, plus also, hilariously, landlords, which literally no system ever has classed as a job. C1 meanwhile includes all non manual/manufacturing jobs (so minimum wage call centre staff and most retail workers). NRS social grades are useless as an indicator for class
