@JohnLewisRetail Update-it couldn’t be adjusted as it was bolted to the wall incorrectly. It cannot be refitted with the same bracket as the bolt holes would be too close to get a new fix. It requires a different bracket with bolt holes in a different place as recm’d on 5Dec! No confirmation yet!

@JohnLewisRetail So 3 1/2 weeks of numerous calls and promises, even yesterday, your delivery driver/fitter will arrive as promised in 10 mins but says he doesn’t have a replacement bracket! What a waste of mine and staff time. I guess you will take the faulty goods always and refund?

@johnlewishelp @JohnLewisRetail @ShazCho We buy from @JohnLewisRetail because of the quality of service, it used to be head and shoulders above everyone else. If you no longer provide it, why would anyone still purchase from JL? Have you lost your USP? If I’d know it had got this bad I would have gone elsewhere.
