@VladoKZg Thanks. Didn’t want to do the maneuver with a 0.021 Cath and only had the Atlas available for 0.017 Cath. I tried to coil with only 1 Atlas in place, but coils protruded in left A2. So I decided for Y-stenting. Crossing an new Atlas is dangerous and I wanted again a 0.017 Cath..

Do Y-stenting with 2 Atlas, detach Web and coil through Via-17 MC. (In the 2nd image on the left before and on the right after procedure). Patient is fine. Hopefully no more recurrence..
