the gloom hands might be the most terrifying thing i've ever experienced in a video game. i literally screamed, had a nightmare about them that night, and then spent the next morning googling "gloom hands scary"
@itsginnydi We use electric tea lights! Each caster just has one nearby and if they cast a concentration spell we share responsibility for remembering to turn it on. Then when the dm looks at them they visually see the light to remember to call for checks. Works a dream.
Neopets really had it figured out, if you insist on crushing your population with a confusing and unwinnable economy at least give everyone a place to go and get a free omelette every day.
