Back on the mound 195 after ACL/Meniscus surgery. Came in for the 7th down 1, pitched a scorless inning, and we walked it off in the bottom half. Super thankful to all my doctors and trainers for getting me back on the field!

11 weeks post op of my ACL and Meniscus surgery and got cleared to start lightly throwing for the first time today. My focus is on strengthening the knee back up for the next month and then ramping up for the season.

9 weeks into my rehab of a full ACL reconstruction and Meniscus repair. Started deadlifting today and have been getting into lateral movement and single leg work. My knee is feeling great and I can’t wait to get back on the field.
