Ended up cutting my last streak short on day 6, learned a lot from it. Continuing onwards, but not gonna count my days online for a little while

As a man, if you’re serious about Nofap:
1. Don’t fight urges - remove triggers. Environment beats willpower.
2. Sleep 7–8 hours. Sleep deprivation always leads to relapse.
3. Lift heavy weights. Strength changes your mindset.
4. Replace po*n with real goals: body, money, skills, relationships.
5. Stop scrolling at night ― nothing good happens after 10 PM.
6. Eat like an adult: protein, whole foods, less sugar.
7. Walk daily. Boredom disappears when your body moves.
8. Journal when urges hit. Write instead of reacting.
9. Cold showers don’t “fix” you ― but they reset your state.
10. Don’t track streaks. Track habits. Streaks create pressure.
11. Stay away from people who normalize po*n. Environment matters.
12 .Build structure: morning ritual, work blocks, training, sleep.
13. Relapse isn’t failure ― quitting on yourself is.
14. Real confidence comes from discipline, not dopamine hits.
15. The goal isn’t “no po*n.”
The goal is becoming a man you respect.
→ Nofap isn’t about avoidance.
It’s about building a life where porn doesn’t fit anymore.

@Kate_smolla7490@SamAsUsual Indeed, don’t take it to heart, they don’t know the genres or how sinister they can become. It’s moral posturing, sad to see
@NofapNew All I got is Ronaldo’s weekend training routine, ngl it’s a bit intense for starting out, but works most of the important muscle groups. Can always take specific exercises and focus on them one day at a time

Day 3
Been a lot less intense this time around. Also helped that I’ve been avoiding NSFW content and social media more.
Keeping at it

Before quitting porn,
I asked a recovered addict how he finally stopped.
I thought he would say:
Willpower
Blocking sites
Staying busy
Finding accountability
But instead he said this:
