To Hayley's team and Eventim:

STATEMENT REGARDING THE RIO DE JANEIRO PRE-SALE ISSUES

Today, promptly at 10:00 AM (local time), fans attempting to access the Eventim ticketing platform using the codes sent via email were met with an "invalid code" message.

During this period, some fans were only able to access the sales page by using codes intended for the SÃO PAULO pre-sale. In addition to the harm caused by the delayed access - considering that some ticket categories sold out within seconds - many fans were also negatively affected because they had not previously registered for the São Paulo sales.

It was only around 11:00 AM that the Rio de Janeiro codes began functioning properly, by which time a large portion of the sections had already sold out.

In light of this situation, we would like to respectfully ask Hayley's team - who have always been attentive to fans' concerns -, as well as Eventim, to evaluate possible measures to minimize the harm caused to fans due to the failure that occurred during the pre-sale.

We also ask that this statement be shared by other fan clubs and fan pages so that the situation reaches the attention of the responsible teams.

À equipe da Hayley e à Eventim:

COMUNICADO SOBRE O OCORRIDO NA PRÉ-VENDA DO RIO DE JANEIRO

Hoje, pontualmente às 10h (horário local), os fãs que tentaram acessar a ticketeira Eventim utilizando os códigos enviados por e-mail foram surpreendidos com uma mensagem de "código inválido".

Durante esse período, alguns fãs só conseguiram acessar a página de vendas utilizando o código destinado à pré-venda de SÃO PAULO. Além do prejuízo causado pelo atraso no acesso - já que algumas modalidades de ingresso têm esgotado em segundos -, muitos foram lesados pois não tinham se registrado anteriormente para as vendas de São Paulo.

Somente por volta das 11h os códigos do Rio de Janeiro passaram a funcionar corretamente, quando grande parte dos setores já se encontrava esgotada.

Diante disso, gostaríamos de solicitar à equipe da Hayley Williams, sempre atenciosa às demandas dos fãs, e também à Eventim, que avaliem medidas para minimizar os prejuízos causados aos fãs em razão da falha ocorrida durante a pré-venda.

Pedimos ainda que este comunicado seja compartilhado por outros fã-clubes e páginas de fãs, para que a situação chegue ao conhecimento das equipes responsáveis.
