Pakistan’s SBP FX reserves have risen to about $21.4bn. But the composition matters.
Saudi deposits: $8bn
China SAFE deposit: $4bn
Kuwait deposit: $0.25bn
China currency swap: $4.2bn
Thus, against $21.4bn of gross reserves, Pakistan has about $12.25bn in friendly-country deposits, plus a $4.2bn Chinese currency-swap liability.

Gross reserves net of these deposits: $9.2bn.
Net of deposits and the Chinese swap: $5.0bn.

And $3bn of the current reserves came from the latest Eurobond issue.
