I'm happy to be sharing 190 new photos I made this year in Death Valley National Park (color nature, plants, and black + white). Instead of website galleries, I am sharing them in three PDF ebooks. You can download the ebooks for free here: https://t.co/mXCgecRcva
New photography podcast is up with @freestone_jeff - Jeff is one of my favorite photographers from Australia and we had a great chat about his journey. Jeff has been heavily influenced by @TheMinimalists and has changed his whole life because of it. 1/2
On 9/23 I will be the subject of an "ask me anything" over on NPN. NPN is my favorite site and if you're into nature photography you should join us over there. It's a great place for conversation, critique, and learning.
Hope to see you!

When a photographer posts a photo without the location noted, this is not an invitation to say the location in the comments because you know it. “What is…” we are not playing Jeopardy! but some locations are unfortunately in jeopardy.

@BenHorne My family is starting to eat less meat. We air dry our clothes instead of the dryer. We only run the AC for 3 or 4 hours in the heat of the afternoon. We limit how much we drive. No bottled water.

What an amazing time to be alive. First we have the incredible set of images from the James Webb telescope which left us in awe at the unimaginable scale of our universe. (continued in comments)
I just shared our July newsletter, with lots up updates, links to new photos from @RonCoscorrosa, info about three exciting photo conferences, links to my recent webinars, some photo book recommendations, and more! You can read it here: https://t.co/OOH1tWSVff
(3) And so how does all of this relate to the image I am sharing today? Well, the common thread is exploration hence the title. In my photography, I try to push myself to explore, to experiment, and to play. I never know what new creative discoveries I'll make in the process.
(2) Who knows what else these amazing pieces of technology will discover next. Did I mention all that is happening with nearby space exploration with NASA and SpaceX continuing to push their space vehicles to bring us closer to a return trip to the moon, to Mars, and beyond?
@jaredboazphoto Hi Jared, the level of activity on the site is on the rise with some new content coming soon. Great place to learn. Hope to see you over there.
