First of all, I should say that in the worst-case scenario, I was expecting a $250 million FDV. They even exceeded that. The ideal price for this sale was $100 million FDV. Is it a good sale under these circumstances? Not really. Is it a bad sale? Yes. The community sale shouldn't be this expensive.

So, do I expect it to be profitable? Yes.

As I mentioned before, I expect a FDV between $500m and $1.5B. (worst case/possible scenario)

Each tier had a bonus amount for Signal participants.
Bronze tier: 10% bonus
Silver tier: 15% bonus
Gold tier: 30% bonus
Diamond tier: 50% bonus

Considering these bonus amounts,
A person who buys $100 will have purchased $110 and will have a $55 opening in the TGE. A 1.8x increase is enough to recover their principal.

Similarly, a Diamond tier who buys $100 will receive $150 worth of tokens. They will receive $75 in the TGE.
A 1.33x increase (33%) is enough to recover their principal.

In summary, my view is this:
Boundless chose to sell at a high valuation for FV. I think they should have sold at a lower FV. However, I don't think this sale will result in a loss. It has a very strong team, an innovative and powerful project, and the token utility provides a useful platform. A successful launch will bring in profits.
