We've been adding $500k MRR every 3 months.
Same flow every time. Nine steps, no secret.
Here it is.
1. Find the leads.
Not a list. Companies where something just changed. Funding, a hiring spree, a new exec, ad spend switched on.
2. Run Claude deep research on every one.
It finds what's actually happening inside that company and who the real buyer is. This is the whole edge, and it runs while I sleep.
I built it into a skill. DM me and I'll send it to you.
3. @heyreach_io for the sending.
Campaigns rotate across a pool of LinkedIn profiles. Same safe daily limits per profile, ten times the surface area.
4. Webhook every positive reply straight into Discord.
This is the step people miss.
The second someone replies with interest, it fires into a channel. Not an inbox somebody checks tomorrow. A live feed.
5. VAs in the Discord build the sample.
They watch the reply land and they build that person a one page document. A real buyer in their market. Who it is, what just changed there, why they're in market this week, who signs.
Then they reply with it.
An interested prospect gets a custom deliverable within the hour. Not a calendar link. The actual outcome.
6. Call gets booked.
By the VA, not by me. I never touch the top of the funnel.
7. High ticket closer runs the call.
Commission only. They cost nothing until they produce, and the sample already did the selling.
8. Algominds delivers.
No ops team. No account managers. Nobody doing research at 1am.
9. Repeat.
That's the machine. There is nothing else.
Now the part I actually want to talk about.
A company in our market copied this flow almost exactly. Took themselves to $1M ARR doing it.
My first reaction was what you'd expect.
Then I realised something that changed how I think about this entire business.
There is no moat.
None. Anyone can buy domains. Anyone can run Claude. Anyone can rent profiles and hire VAs. Everything I just listed is available to you today for a few hundred dollars.
So I stopped defending it.
If the flow is copyable, the winning position was never being the best agency running it. It's being the thing every agency runs on.
I'd rather have 50 agencies delivering on Algominds than be one agency guarding a playbook that was never guardable.
That's why I'm coaching people to build these now, under an Algo brand, delivering on our stack.
I'm putting the whole story on YouTube soon. How they copied it, what it cost us, and why it turned out to be the best thing that happened to us this year.
DM me for the research skill and I'll send it over.
I'm taking on 3 people. I'm investing up to $10,000 in each of your agencies.
Not a course. Not a mentorship. Real capital, into three people who want to build exactly what I built.
Comment ALGO, like this, and repost it. I'll DM you.
Here's what you'll actually be doing.
You won't be building software. You won't be doing research at 1am. You'll be selling, closing, and owning the client relationships. Delivery runs on the Algominds agency plan underneath you.
Here's the framework.
1. Find the trigger. Not lists, not filters. Companies where something has just changed: a raise, a new hire in the exact role you replace, a new VP with budget and a point to prove, ad spend switching on, a push into a market they don't know yet.
2. Build the PDF. This is the part that does the actual selling. One page, one company. It names a real buyer already sitting in their market right now: who they are, what just changed for them, why the timing is right this week, and the name of the person who'd sign off. It doesn't read like a pitch, it reads like research you've already done for them. It's the exact thing they'd expect to pay an agency to go and find, sitting in their inbox, free, before you've said a single sales word to them.
3. Send it twice. Email first, referencing the trigger. LinkedIn a few days later, same document. No pitch either time. Nothing to be sceptical about, because you haven't claimed anything, you've just handed them a real buyer.
4. Take the call yourself. The page has already sold it. The call is just scope.
5. Charge $5,000 a month minimum. Never lower.
6. Run it on the Algominds agency plan. The signals, the outbound, the page, all handled underneath you. You never touch the machinery.
Where I want at least one of you to point this: recruitment.
Recruitment agencies are the most underserved market I've come across. One placement on a $60k role can be worth $9,000 to $15,000 in fee. A $5,000 monthly retainer pays for itself the moment you land a single hire. Their buying signals are some of the loudest that exist: a company posting five roles at once is shouting at you, a funding round means a hiring spree is coming, a new VP means a team build. Most of them are still working off job boards and a spreadsheet from 2019.
Same story in construction, freight, manufacturing, commercial insurance. Boring industries, big cheques, almost nobody running anything like this at them.
I want people who can sell, who'll take the calls and enjoy it, who've built something before, even badly, and want to own a business, not a job.
3 spots. Comment ALGO, like this, and repost it. I'll DM you.
I'm investing $10,000 in one person to clone my business model.
Not a course. Not a mentorship. Real money, into someone who wants to build exactly what I built.
Comment ALGO and I'll DM you.
Here's exactly what you'd be cloning.
We went from zero to $1M ARR with one PDF.
We started small. A handful of warmed cold email domains, LinkedIn accounts run by people we brought on part time. Thirty inboxes, twenty profiles. That was the whole infrastructure.
Then we stopped buying lists.
Instead we started watching for companies where something had just changed. A raise. A new hire in the exact role we replace. A new VP with budget and a point to prove. Ad spend switching on. A push into a market they didn't know yet.
Real events, not filters. That gave us roughly forty accounts a week where the timing was actually right.
Then the part that changed everything.
For each one, we stopped writing pitches. We built them a single page. A real buyer sitting in their market right now. Who they were, what had just changed, why this week mattered, and the name of the person who signs.
The exact thing they'd have paid an agency to go and find. Already sitting in their inbox. Free.
We sent it twice. Once by email, referencing the trigger. Once by LinkedIn a few days later, same document.
No pitch either time. Nothing to be sceptical about, because we hadn't claimed anything. We'd just found their buyer and handed it over.
I took every call myself. The page had already sold it, so the call was just scope.
We charged $5,000 a month minimum. Never lower.
We grew faster than we could deliver it by hand. So I built the software underneath it. That's Algominds. The signals, the outbound, the page, running itself.
That's the machine I'm handing over. I'm investing up to $10,000 in one person to run it as their own agency.
You don't build any of it. Delivery runs on the Algominds agency plan, the same engine that took us to $1M ARR. You sell. You close. You own the client relationships.
I want someone who can sell, who'll take the calls and enjoy it, who's built something before, even badly, and wants to own a business, not a job.
Comment ALGO and I'll DM you.
Here's how to grow an AI agency to over $1M in 30 days.
You need less than $2,000 to start.
Full playbook, nothing held back:
First, the maths.
$1M ARR is ~$83k MRR. At $5k/month that's 17 clients.
Seventeen. Not a thousand customers. Not a viral moment.
Once you see that number the whole thing turns into a checklist.
Step 1: Buy sending capacity, not a brand.
10 cold email domains. 3 mailboxes each. 30 inboxes.
Warm them for 2 weeks before you send anything real. Skip this and you burn all 10 domains in a week.
Never send from your primary domain. One spam wave shouldn't take down your company inbox.
Step 2: Build the account army. This is the part nobody tells you.
You don't need 30 LinkedIn accounts. You need 30 people who already have one.
So run Meta ads to recruit them.
- Objective: instant lead form
- Target countries where $60/month is real money
- Creative: plain and honest. "UK marketing company paying monthly for part-time help running outreach from your LinkedIn profile."
- Budget: $25/day for 2 weeks
You'll get hundreds of applications. Take 10-20.
Screen hard: aged profile with real history, real photo, decent connection count, no prior restrictions, good written English.
Pay them monthly. They assist, they reply, they cover timezones you don't.
One founder sending 20 connects a day is a hobby. Twenty accounts is a channel.
Step 3: Stop buying lists.
"VP Sales at 50-200 person SaaS" is a demographic. Everyone has that. It's worthless.
Point Claude deep research at signals instead. You want a reason to buy THIS week:
- They just raised
- They're hiring for the role your service replaces
- New VP Sales who needs a fast win
- They just started spending on ads
- They compete with a client you already got results for
Same 100 messages. Completely different response rate. You're not interrupting them, you're arriving on time.
Step 4: Send the result, not the pitch.
This is the whole game.
Take one prospect. Run your system FOR them. Generate a real lead in their market with the signal, the decision maker, and why now.
Put it in a clean PDF. Send it in a DM. Free. No call needed.
Every objection dies at once. Nothing to verify, because the proof is already in their hands. No "what do you actually do" because they're holding it.
Everyone else asks for time before giving value. You give value first.
Step 5: Close it yourself.
$5k/month minimum. Never lower.
At $2k you need 42 clients for the same money. 42 onboardings, 42 relationships, 42 chances to drop a ball. You'll drown before you get rich.
Take every call yourself for the first 20. Not because you're the best closer, but because you're the only one who can hear an objection and fix the offer that same afternoon.
Step 6: Delivery.
Set each client up running the exact system that closed them. The demo is the product, so there's no gap between what you sold and what you ship.
This is where everyone dies though. Selling 17 clients is doable in 30 days. Delivering for 17 clients by hand is not.
We hit that wall, so we built the software to run it. That's the video above.
If you want your delivery on autopilot, just use Algominds. We run our own enterprise deals through it, fully automated.
The full bill for month one:
- 10 domains: $120
- 30 mailboxes: $90
- Smartlead: $94
- HeyReach: $99
- Claude Max 20x: $200
- Meta ads to recruit accounts: $400
- 10 rented accounts at $60: $600
Total: $1,603.
Less than most people spend on one enterprise seat.
The only thing you have to be genuinely good at is acquiring the clients. Everything else is now software.
I scaled an agency past $1M ARR in a month, then to $2.3M in a year.
Everyone asks how. Here's the whole thing — no gatekeeping.
FIRST, THE MATHS
$1M ARR is ~$83k MRR.
At $5k/month, that's 17 clients.
Seventeen.
Not a thousand customers. Not a viral moment. Seventeen conversations that went well.
Once you see that number, the whole thing stops feeling impossible and starts feeling like a checklist.
1. INFRASTRUCTURE (WEEK 1)
You're building sending capacity, not a brand.
- Buy 8-12 cold email domains. Never send from your primary — one spam complaint shouldn't take down your company inbox.
- 3 mailboxes per domain. That's 30ish inboxes.
- Warm them for 2-3 weeks before you send anything real. Skip this and you burn every domain you just bought.
- Connect a network of LinkedIn accounts. Assistants in other countries work well and it's cheap coverage across timezones.
- Smartlead for email. HeyReach for LinkedIn. Claude Max (20x tier) as the research engine.
That's the whole stack. It's less than most people spend on one enterprise tool.
2. THE OFFER
Charge $5k/month minimum. Here's why that's not greed:
At $2k/month you need 42 clients for the same revenue. That's 42 onboardings, 42 Slack channels, 42 relationships. You'll drown before you get rich.
At $5k you need 17. You can actually deliver for 17 people.
Low prices don't lose you money. They lose you time — and time is the only thing that kills agencies.
3. FIND CRACKED LEADS, NOT LISTS
This is where almost everyone loses.
A list is "VP Sales at 50-200 person SaaS." That's a demographic. Everyone has it. It's worthless.
A cracked lead is someone with a reason to buy *this week*. Point deep research at the signals:
- They just raised
- They're hiring for the role your service replaces (a company hiring 3 SDRs needs pipeline — you are cheaper than the third SDR)
- They just hired a new VP Sales (new budget, and they need a fast win to justify themselves)
- They just started spending on ads (already buying growth, so the budget conversation is over)
- They're expanding into a new market with no network in it
- They're a direct competitor of a client you already got results for
Same 100 messages. Completely different response rate — because you're not interrupting them, you're arriving on time.
4. THE MOVE THAT ACTUALLY CLOSES (THIS IS THE WHOLE POST)
Everyone sends a pitch. You send the result.
Take one cracked lead. Run your own system FOR them. Generate them a real lead — a genuine buyer in their market, with the signal, the decision maker, and why now.
Put it in a clean PDF. Send it in a message. Free. No call required.
You've now inverted the entire dynamic:
- No claims to verify — the proof is in their hands
- No trust to build — you already did the work
- No "what do you actually do" — they're holding what you do
- No competition — nobody else does this, because it takes effort
Cold outreach asks for time before giving value. This gives value before asking for anything.
That's the unlock. Everything else in this post is logistics.
5. SELL IT YOURSELF FIRST
Take every call for the first 20-30 clients.
Not because you're the best closer — because you're the only person who'll hear the objection and change the offer the same afternoon.
Founder-led sales aren't a phase you tolerate. They're how you find out what you're actually selling.
Then hire a commission-only closer. Same script. Same sample. It works because the sample does the heavy lifting, not the pitch.
6. DELIVER THE THING THAT CLOSED THEM
Here's the elegant part.
You don't build a separate service. You set the client up running the exact system that got them on the call.
The demo IS the product. No gap between what you sold and what you ship, so no churn from mismatched expectations.
7. MAKE IT COMPOUND
- Put every assistant in one Discord. Referral scheme. They multiply.
- Every result becomes the sample for that client's direct competitor (see signal 6).
- Reinvest into more domains and more accounts. Capacity is the only ceiling.
WHAT I'D DO DIFFERENTLY
- I priced too low for too long. Nobody left when I raised it.
- I skipped domain warmup once and lost a month rebuilding deliverability.
- I hired for delivery before I automated delivery. Wrong order — automate first, then hire.
THE HONEST PART
We grew too fast to keep doing this by hand. So I built the software to run it.
That's Algominds. We now run our own enterprise deals through it, fully automated — same service level, fraction of the cost.
Which means the hard half is solved for you. Algominds can run your entire client agency: the research, the cracked leads, the outbound, the delivery.
You only have to be great at one thing — acquiring the leads.
DM me if you want us running the fulfilment while you focus on closing.
I scaled an agency to $1M ARR in a single month.
Founder-led. Small team.
Here's the exact playbook to do it again in 30 days — steal it:
PHASE 1 — Build the infrastructure
- Buy cold email domains and warm them up.
- Connect a network of LinkedIn accounts (assistants across different countries work great).
- Get a Claude Max plan (the 20x tier) + OpenAI. This is your research engine.
- Set up HeyReach for LinkedIn and Smartlead for email. These are your rails.
PHASE 2 — Find cracked leads
- Use Claude + OpenAI to run deep research and surface real, in-market buyers.
- Not scraped lists. Actual companies with a current reason to buy.
- Point it at your own market first — it'll find businesses that need a lead gen service.
PHASE 3 — The move that closes them
This is the whole game.
- Take one of those prospects and run the exact same system FOR them.
- Generate them a real lead. Build a custom PDF showing exactly what they'd get.
- Send it in a message. Free. Before you've even spoken.
They'll be blown away — you handed them the result before they paid a cent.
PHASE 4 — Sell
- Close it yourself. Founder-led sales are cracked.
- Or bring on a commission-only high-ticket closer.
- Charge $5k/month minimum. Never lower.
PHASE 5 — Deliver
- Set each client up running the exact system that got them on the call.
- The thing that closed them becomes the thing they buy.
- Run it yourself with Smartlead + HeyReach + Claude's cracked leads...
- ...or plug the whole delivery into https://t.co/QPACRUxQgh and we run it for you. You just bring the leads.
PHASE 6 — Turn it into a machine
- Put every assistant into one Discord.
- Launch a referral scheme so they multiply.
- Reinvest. Repeat. Let it compound.
That's how you get to $1M ARR in a month.
Here's the unlock: delivery isn't the bottleneck anymore. Algominds can run your entire client agency for you — fully automated.
The only thing you have to be great at is acquiring the leads.
If you want us to run the fulfillment so you can just focus on closing — DM me.
Opus 5 came out today.
Here's how to turn it into $1M ARR in the next 30 days.
(Save this.)
Step 1: Get a Claude Max plan - the 20x tier. This is your engine. Everything runs on it.
Step 2: Use it to run deep research and find cracked leads. Real, in-market buyers. Not scraped lists. (DM me for the skill I use.)
Step 3: Point it at your own market first. It'll find potential buyers for your lead gen service.
Step 4: Now run that exact same skill FOR one of those buyers - and generate them a real lead. For free.
Step 5: Send it to them in a message. No pitch. Just the lead.
They'll be blown away. You handed them the result before they paid a cent.
Step 6: Get a https://t.co/AAlIFTD2Nr account and connect a batch of LinkedIn accounts to run this at scale.
Step 7: Get a https://t.co/uo4nmKrqt9 subscription and fire up cold email alongside it.
Step 8: Spin up a Discord with every assistant running your connected LinkedIn accounts, and launch a referral scheme. That's your viral loop.
Step 9: Get a commission-based high-ticket closer. Or close it yourself - founder-led sales are cracked.
Step 10: Charge at least $5k/month per client. Don't go lower.
Then delivery - two ways:
→ Do it yourself: Smartlead + HeyReach outbound, powered by the cracked leads Claude finds for you.
→ Or plug into Algominds' agency package and we run the whole thing for you.
That's the play. Opus 5 just made it faster than it's ever been.
Want more like this - the exact system I used to scale Algominds past $2.3M ARR in a year? Let me know.
Today we're introducing Opus 5 for sales, an AI that does your outbound for you.
Describe your dream customer → Algominds finds the high-intent buyers and starts the conversation. Instantly.
This is genuinely insane. Meet Algominds 👇
''More volume" isn't your outbound problem.
Relevance is.
Blasting 10k identical emails just burns your domains and your reputation.
At https://t.co/aqUH3hw4DP we do the opposite: an AI agent learns your ICP, watches for real buying signals, and only reaches out when there's a reason to, personalised, across LinkedIn + email, with replies handled and meetings booked. Fewer touches, better ones.
That's how you fill a pipeline in 2026.
I scaled https://t.co/QPACRUxQgh to over $1M ARR - in a single month - at the end of last year.
All as an agency.
Here's exactly how I did it.
Step 1: I spun up cold email domains and connected a network of LinkedIn accounts across different countries.
Step 2: I ran Claude and OpenAI accounts to do deep research on every prospect - their market, their buyers, their exact problem.
Step 3: Then I sent each one a custom PDF. Not a pitch. A real sample of exactly what they'd get - the outcome they wanted, built specifically for them, before we'd even spoken.
Step 4: Prospects were blown away. Nobody had ever handed them the result up front.
Step 5: I took every call myself. Founder-led sales.
Step 6: Then I set each new client up to run the exact same system that got them on the call in the first place.
Read that again.
The thing that closed them became the thing they bought.
It worked so well we grew too fast.
So I did the only sane thing left - I built the software to automate all of it.
That's https://t.co/QPACRUxQgh.
Now we run our own enterprise deals internally - as an agency, fully automated. The same level of service that got us to $1M ARR, at a fraction of the cost.
The machine now runs the machine.
If you want to know exactly how I did it - the domains, the research, the PDF, the whole system - drop a comment or DM me and I'll walk you through it.

We grew Algominds to $2.3M ARR as an agency.
Then we shut the agency down.
Here's exactly why.
For two years, we ran outbound for other companies. Every client handed us the same thing: "Here's our list. Go."
So we threw the list out.
Instead, we built a machine.
Step 1: We pointed Claude and OpenAI deep research at each market - not to write messages, but to find people. Who's hiring for this. Who just raised. Who's showing they need this right now.
Step 2: We ran it on top of Bright Data, so the research pulled live from the open web instead of the same stale database everyone else buys.
Step 3: That gave us cracked leads. Not "job title matches." Actual buyers with a real, current reason to talk.
Step 4: Then we hit them across a ton of LinkedIn accounts and email - enough surface area that the right message reached the right person at the right time, at scale.
That was the whole engine.
And it worked across every client. Every industry. Every offer.
Here's what we realised:
The problem was never sending. Everyone can send.
The problem was finding cracked leads - and reaching them before anyone else did.
We were selling $2.3M a year of exactly that. By hand. As a service.
So we stopped selling our time.
And we turned the machine into software.
Algominds runs the deep research, finds the cracked leads, and hands you the reason to reach out — before your competitors even know they're looking.
We didn't scale the agency.
We productised it.
