I was invited by Locarno Film Festival & Open Doors Locarno to present (1 out of the 3) spots I created for the new edition of Open Doors focusing on 42 African Countries. It was an immense honour to be at the world-famous Piazza Grande stage with DG, Swiss Agency for Development and Corporation, Patricia Danzi, Open Doors Head, Zsuzsi Bánkuti and Festival Artistic Director, the great Giona A. Nazzaro. It was a platform to remind the cinema audience the reason why we do what we do, as artists, storytellers… We do it because the preservation of humanity is the last battle frontière, and we must continue to fight to preserve this. Many thanks to the Open Doors team and to everyone who made this possible.
