@realNDWalsch Yes. It’s called authorship. Either we write our own story from our own truth about who we say we are or we live out the truth we adopted from the stories others have labeled us with. It’s a choice not a life sentence. Standing up for our truth then becomes a matter of honor.

@realNDWalsch Yes! What we give is what we get. Think about it. Being down or depressed is the same as “giving” down or depressed. Causing us to be more down and depressed.
Noticing this mental trap of focus allows us to exercise one of the greatest universal principles - Choice & Choosing!
