@ElectroluxUS you charged me and shipped an order that I cancelled because it took months to ship. Can someone please contact me with a return shipping label? I had been on hold for over an hour when I was just disconnected by an agent. Please help!!!
@aarti_andromeda@ElectroluxUS No, they sent UPS to pick it up, but I live in an apartment, so I couldn’t get it to UPS because they never told me when they were coming. They wouldn’t just give me a label to print. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and lesson learned..Stay away.
@ElectroluxUS I have talked to customer service twice now. They told me the order has been sent to the warehouse (two weeks ago apparently). It has now been 3 weeks since I placed my order. When can I expect this to ship?? @ElectroluxUS

@ZARA What’s with all of the rude employees and managers in your stores? Is this intentional or just a random commonality at my store? Coming from a personal stylist that would love to bring clients to your store to shop, but it is honestly the worst experience!
