Please provide a refund option for fans who are unable to attend the rescheduled fansign.

We understand that the event had to be postponed due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, and we understand that rescheduling an event under such circumstances is not easy.

However, the new date has been scheduled on a weekday, specifically during midterm exam week for many students. As a result, a large number of fans, including international fans, are now unable to attend.

If we had known from the beginning that the event would be held during midterm exam week, many of us would not have purchased tickets for this event in the first place.

Many fans have already spent a significant amount of money on flights, hotels, visas, and other arrangements, and some have even made arrangements with their schools or workplaces in order to attend. It is extremely frustrating to now find ourselves unable to attend because of the rescheduled date.

We are not asking for the event to be cancelled or postponed again. Fans who are able to attend should still be able to enjoy the event as planned.

We are simply asking you to provide a refund application option for fans who genuinely cannot attend due to the new date.

Please consider the situation of the fans who are unable to attend and provide us with a reasonable solution. We sincerely hope you will open a refund channel for those affected. 🙏🏻
