@Motawif_SA I keep getting a email saying I am pre approved for the e-visa application and the to click the link and fill it out. I already filled and got the Evisa so why am I still getting the email? Did it not register on my application that I got the visa?

When check app status of app it shows green for step 1,2, and 3 and shows Orange for step 4 and says “your visa request has been submitted to MOFA”
I submitted the form necessary for the Evisa and was able to print
Why does it still show step 4 as submitted to MOFA
