1) outlets have dif. standards for how to address speculation on crime scenes (ie what to say ocurred before law enforcement confirm) 🧵

@jordyntieman Because bottom line is whether he was here legally or not, he resorted to that type of violence against her. If killing someone over a rejection was never a thing, we wouldn't be seeing this news.
