There are many loan-words of Sanskrit in the Hebrew Bible, referring to the influence of Sanskrit linguistic elements into Hebrew. In the light of comparative philology, there are many words of non-Semitic origin, referring to Vedic Sanskrit and Persian Avestic vocabularies.
