اٹک سٹی پولیس نے حاضر سروس ایس پی پولیس افسر سے مبینہ جنسی زیادتی کے الزام میں دو کانسٹیبلوں کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کر لیا۔

ایف آئی آر نمبر 248/2026 کے مطابق کانسٹیبل محمد عامر ولد محمد یوسف اور کانسٹیبل علی رضا ولد غلام رسول پر الزام ہے کہ انہوں نے مبینہ طور پر پولیس افسر کو قابو کرکے اس کی مرضی اور رضامندی کے خلاف جنسی زیادتی کا نشانہ بنایا۔

ایف آئی آر کے مطابق واقعے کی اطلاع ملنے پر پولیس افسران موقع پر پہنچے اور دونوں نامزد ملزمان کو حراست میں لے لیا، جبکہ متاثرہ پولیس افسر کو طبی معائنے اور قانونی کارروائی کے لیے اسپتال منتقل کیا گیا۔

پولیس کے مطابق مقدمہ تعزیراتِ پاکستان کی دفعہ 375 کے تحت درج کیا گیا ہے، جبکہ مزید کارروائی میڈیکل رپورٹ، بیانات اور دیگر شواہد کی روشنی میں تفتیش کے دوران عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔

واضح رہے کہ مقدمے میں عائد الزامات کی حتمی قانونی حیثیت کا تعین تفتیش اور عدالت میں پیش کیے جانے والے شواہد کی بنیاد پر ہوگا۔
