@edfenergy Hi I recently changed my payment to Direct Debit. Your DD letter clearly states; 1st payment of £214 will taken out of my bank account on or after 17th June. Then that amount will taken out the 1st of every month. Today you have taken a DD amount of £719.78!?!

@VirginAtlantic 24th April I received an email informing I would definitely receive a refund for cancelled holiday. To date I’ve sent email,WhatsApp,DM & also sent a letter recorded delivery to ask when I will be refunded..but NO RESPONSE!!
