@SpiritAirlines No way that every time I get a flight something happens. 4 hour delay flight made me lose my connection with another airline and then you don’t even have the decency to take responsibility. #bad #worst #airline

4 horas de retraso en el vuelo de @VivaAerobus (Vb2120). Qué onda con eso? Y aquí seguimos en la pista esperando. #vivaaerobus #malservicio

Having the worst flight experience of my life. Unless I am dying I am not using @SpiritAirlines ever again. If we don't speak up, big companies will never learn to take responsibility for their incompetent systems and poor customer service.

[Alexa Ray ☆ @AliRayLife]

@SpiritAirlines Your service sucks!! Our plane got 5 hours delayed in Chicago and a similar situation happened during the arrival flight. #worstairline #spiritairlines

[Alexa Ray ☆ @AliRayLife]

I mean the door is open, at this point I could attempt to get off the airplane but at this time I won't be able to find another ticket. 😭😭 #worstairline #spiritairlines #startingtopanic #iwantarefund

[Alexa Ray ☆ @AliRayLife]

Apparently, we are so delayed that the flight plan software dumped all the data and we lost our spot, traffic control is working on getting us back in, so who knows how long we'll wait. #thisismylimit @SpiritAirlines #nightmare #worstairline

[Alexa Ray ☆ @AliRayLife]

It's 1:41 am...at this point I don't care if we pass all the checks I am ok with an 80% probability of having a successful flight. At this point I'll take my chances. #5hrswaiting #airlineservice #help #sendtacos

This is me watching the crew just talk and walk freely while I am squeezed into the middle seat between 2 tall men. #ayuda #setmefree #spiritairlines #esanecdota

There's people whispering and coming in and out of the airplane but again we are not moving. I wonder how long until the kids start screaming again. Darn, I think I'm gonna start screaming soon. #inpain #uncomfortableseats #nocushions #sittingonarock 🤕

[Alexa Ray ☆ @AliRayLife]

It's been almost 1hr since we got in the airplane and the doors are not even closed. The pilots are here but again nothing is happening.
