Mothers of 2 Girls Who Died After Gardasil HPV Vaccine Sue Merck

Two mothers have filed wrongful death lawsuits against Merck, the makers of Gardasil HPV vaccine that caused the deaths of their young daughters.

Isabella Zuggi, just 10 years old and previously healthy, received one dose in August 2022. Within weeks she developed severe headaches, fevers, and neurological symptoms. Doctors diagnosed MOG antibody disease. She died of acute encephalitis less than three months later. Her mother says no one warned her this was possible.

Sydney Figueroa received two doses starting at age 11. She went from active student-athlete to wheelchair-bound with POTS, nerve pain, feeding tube, and full-time care needs. She died at 14 from a pulmonary embolism linked to her prolonged immobility and autoimmune conditions. Her mother states: “Gardasil destroyed my daughter’s life.”

The lawsuits claim Merck failed to warn about risks of serious autoimmune and neurological injury while promoting the vaccine. Both cases join more than 150 similar wrongful deaths already pending in multidistrict litigation.

Imagine you are 26 years old on a bitterly cold night in the 1830s.

You and your spouse just finished your day of labors, and your children are in bed, barely warm because you gave them extra blankets.

You lay down to go to sleep.

Next thing you know, you wake up in the arms of 4 angered men dragging you out of the door into the cold.

You kick one leg trying to get free, but that enrages them more. They knock you unconscious.

Next thing you know, you come to and see your friend lying cold, as if dead, on the ground.

You plead for mercy, but the mob surrounds you and scorns you.

They proceed to rip off your clothes, exposing your body to the cold.

Members of the mob proceed to scratch you, kick you, beat you.

Adding to the torment, men come forward with a bucket of hot tar and pour it all over your body, searing your skin.

When the pain is unbearable, they try and shove the tar-covered paddle in your mouth.

When you resist, they take a vial of poison, enough to kill your voice, and maybe end your life, and try to force it down your throat.

You resist, but at the expense of a lost tooth knocked out and acid burns.

After a near death experience where you watch your body, lying limp, getting attacked by the mob, a noise disburses the crowd.

Somehow, you survive and make it back home.

Your wife and friends spend the night helping you peel off tar and tend to your wounds.

Then Sunday morning comes. What do you do?

With hair patches ripped out that would never regrow, and pain in his side that would remain with him for life, the 26 year old Joseph Smith humbly preached a sermon, standing the whole time.

After the sermon, he baptized three people.

And a week later, he was en route to Missouri on a trip God asked him to embark on.

But before that, an 11 month old boy Joseph and his wife cared for died from exposure to the cold related to the events of that night.

But this didn’t stop Joseph. He wouldn’t be stopped until his mission was complete.

Praise to the man. Joseph Smith is a prophet of God.

It’s not about Erika, it’s about Israel. I was similarly publicly attacked by Ben (while working for his company) absent any attempt private discussion. He jumped on a table and called me names because I tweeted “genocide is always wrong”. Charlie immediately had my back publicly and privately commented that Ben has no allies and cares about Israel more than America.
Every one at Turning Point knows exactly how Charlie felt about Ben and his lack of allegiance to anything but Israel. Specifically how horrifically he treats people over the subject.
