Everyone has the option to reapply after their benefit year, but you are only required to if you are a UI claimant who earned 10x your weekly rate from non-self employment wages.

@NYSLabor Nothing is fixed I been call ,email and tweet last 3 weeks since the first issue happened I certify every day by phone or online but next day newer proses I didn’t receive any benefits last 3 weeks I don’t even see first 300$ additional benefits. There is lot people like me hellp
