@RichardNJames Had 2 years ago. Painful! Went to physio. Basically put his thumb deep in my bum cheek (ooh-er missus), for as long as I could take it. Then I got one of those plastic stippled balls and when I needed, sat on it, to repeat the deep tissue massage myself.
Made all the difference.
