@socaltara @WestJet ik the circumstances are difficult but this is horrible customer service.. I had also asked for a callback today and nothing so I'm at a loss a this point

2 hours on hold with @WestJet only for it to hung up on me and no reply anywhere else on how to book a space for my dog in the cabin
