@TeamYouTube@nealmohan@YouTube I will no longer accept this inconsistency. Look at this situation:
My channel was closed, and I submitted an appeal on June 11, 2026. After 78 days, YouTube informed me that the channel was under review and that it violated your policies due to what you call "misleading business activity."
So, my question is simple: Where exactly does this alleged misleading business activity occur on a gaming channel? And what exactly is it?
Then you claim that the review is complete, while my channel's status in YouTube Studio still shows "Under Review."
When I inquired about this inconsistency, I was told that there was a system error preventing my channel's status from being updated.
Fine. If you acknowledge a system error, there's a more important question you need to answer:
What guarantees that my channel's closure wasn't a result of this system error?
I am the owner of this channel, and I am certain that the closure occurred automatically after I edited the pinned comments on 15 videos. So far, you haven't provided any clear explanation proving that my channel has actually undergone a human review.
Therefore, I don't want any more generic responses from support.
Please refer this case to the appropriate team, check the system logs, and officially inform me of the following: Why was my channel closed? Was it actually reviewed by a person? Why does it still show a "Under Review" status? And where is the official appeal decision you claim has been issued?
You sent me an official notification when my channel was closed, so why haven't you sent me an official notification explaining the outcome of my appeal?
You can't claim the review is complete while simultaneously telling me your system is unable to update the status. This is a clear contradiction, and I demand an official explanation from YouTube.
As I told you before, neither you nor YouTube gets to determine the value of things. I won’t argue with you; it seems you are set in your views. YouTube has the right to remove content that violates its policies, but my content does not violate those policies. And whether or not my content is valuable is none of your business
Brothers and friends, let us make this our motto:
“Behind every channel, there is a human being.”
To the @TeamYouTube and Executive Leadership,
We eagerly await the day when you truly realize the amount of pain that some of the decisions made by your automated systems have caused — whether through channel removals, demonetization, or subjecting content to automated reviews that may fail to properly understand the context.
How many people have gone to sleep crying after losing their channels, believing that what happened to them was unjust?
How many creators have spent weeks or even months waiting for a response to their appeals?
How many people have lost the source of income they depended on for years?
And how many people are still holding on to hope that their channels will be restored, despite believing that they did not violate any policies?
How many people have seen their relationships with their families and friends become strained because of the psychological pressure caused by waiting, simply hoping to receive a fair review?
And in the end, their appeal may be rejected within seconds or minutes, or they may receive no response for many long months — without knowing when an answer will come, or whether their appeal has even reached a real human being who can listen to their case and understand its details.
This is not simply about a channel being terminated or revenue being stopped.
Behind every channel there is a human being, time, effort, dreams, and an entire livelihood.
Many creators have found themselves trapped in a cycle of struggling with your automated support systems, automated responses, and appeals that do not always seem to reach your “experts” or internal review team — if such a team actually exists at all.
This is how your automated system sometimes treats us:
A cartoon image of a girl may appear in a video, and the context is misunderstood, leading to severe action against the channel — such as removing the channel entirely or completely disabling its monetization.
A creator may joke with their audience, and their words may be taken out of context and interpreted as harassment or bullying.
A creator may make videos about games and showcase their content, just as I do, only for their activity to be incorrectly classified as spam or deceptive content.
A creator may talk about economics, and their activity may be misunderstood as deceptive commercial activity.
A creator may include a link to their website, page, or contact method, and it may be interpreted as directing viewers to unwanted external websites.
Do you realize the scale of the disaster that can occur when an automated system makes a life-changing decision, such as terminating an entire channel?
Perhaps a creator violated a policy unintentionally. Does it really make sense for everything they have built — potentially all of their channels — to be removed, and for that person to be completely banned from YouTube forever?
We are not asking for special treatment.
We are not asking for the rules to be ignored.
We are not asking YouTube to allow policy violations.
We are asking for something much simpler:
We are asking for a fair review.
We are asking for a transparent review.
We are asking for a genuine human review when the decision is life-changing.
And we ask that creators not be left for weeks or months in a state of uncertainty, not knowing what happened or when they will receive an answer.
We understand that automated systems can help you manage a platform of this enormous scale. But they should not have the final word when the decision concerns years of someone’s work, their source of income, or their future.
Behind every channel, there is a human being.
A human being who woke up early to create content.
A human being who spent hours, days, and months building an audience.
A human being who may have invested their savings, time, and dreams into their YouTube project.
A human being with a family, responsibilities, and a life outside the screen.
So when you take action against a channel, remember that you are not simply pressing a button inside a system.
You may actually be pressing a button that changes someone’s entire life.
We do not want a war with YouTube.
We want to be part of this platform.
We simply want to feel that there is a human being on the other side when something goes wrong.
Behind every channel, there is a human being.
And that human being deserves, at the very least, to be heard, to be understood, and to receive a fair review.

@DVDfever@TeamYouTube As for my tweet that you claim no one read, you can simply look at the engagement, replies, and other people’s tweets to see for yourself whether it was really just nonsense or if people actually found value in it
@Ytautomation6 I am curious to know the outcome of my appeal... I have been waiting for 83 days.
What is the point of writing a clear, detailed appeal... only for it to end up somewhere in YouTube's system and vanish for all this time?
I am referring to an appeal regarding a channel removal.
I am also confident that the decision to remove my channel was due to a technical glitch; I had been editing pinned comments across 15 videos—all within a short span of time. That was my mistake; I didn't realize YouTube was "stupid" enough to flag this as spam or unwanted activity. Just minutes later, my channel was removed.
If there is indeed an FTC lawsuit against @youtube , the platform must reinstate all channels removed between 2023 and 2026. Many content creators have been treated unfairly;
while YouTube was right to remove some of the millions of channels taken down, others were removed erroneously through automated, random processes.
Therefore, the best solution is to reinstate these creators' channels and release the final payment associated with them.
YouTube’s policy states that if a channel is not successfully appealed within 50 days, the final earnings are withheld.
This is why YouTube deliberately ignores appeals for extended periods; for instance, it has been 80 days since I submitted my appeal, and I have received neither an acceptance nor a rejection. Consequently, YouTube has withheld the final $535 payment from my channel, citing a backlog of reviews.
Their goal in intentionally delaying and ignoring the appeal process is simply to seize control of the channel's final earnings. YouTube must be held accountable.
- @youtube engages in theft under the guise of its policies—it steals earnings.
- The platform acts in bad faith, ignoring appeals by claiming there is a review backlog, when in reality, it is simply waiting out the 50-day window to confiscate the funds in the account.
- @teamyoutube operates without human oversight, removing channels through automated systems.
@HariFinds_@TeamYouTube Yes, YouTube removes your channel without cause, citing policy violations.
YouTube confiscates your earnings.
YouTube rejects your appeal.
YouTube permanently bans you from the platform for a reason no one knows.
When you get rejected by a bot, you quickly run to Creator Support. But when I talked to many support agents, they said, “The review is done, and the decision stands.” Many of the replies I saw looked more like AI than human responses. They don’t understand the context of your appeal or message.
Please, I want my monetization back. @TeamYouTube, please reinstate my monetization.
@TeamYouTube@YouTube@nealmohan If you truly want to help, and you're a genuine YouTube support employee, you should help me. That's what your platform states; you're a creator support team. First, before I explain my channel's content, as a credible platform, you must adhere to the policy I'm about to state: You will be notified by email of the outcome of your review request. If the request is accepted, you'll be directed back to your dashboard in YouTube Studio. If it's rejected, you'll be logged out of your account after accepting the decision.
Why did you send a notification to my Gmail account informing me that my channel was removed, and now you're saying the review is complete and there's an error in the YouTube Studio dashboard? Well, where is your commitment to notify me by email of the outcome of my review request?! This is the policy, and I'll repeat it again so you don't repeat the same information you previously provided:
You will be notified by email of the outcome of your review request. If the request is accepted, you'll be directed back to your dashboard in YouTube Studio. If my appeal is rejected, you will be logged out of your account after accepting the decision.
Therefore, you must adhere to your policies and officially notify me of the appeal result via email.
Regarding the removal of my channel on the grounds that it violates policies, my channel has never violated any of your policies, and I have the right to appeal this decision repeatedly. I want to defend my rights, and you must listen to me. This is my right; you have no right to remove the channel, reject my appeal, and then hide behind a policy of spam, deceptive practices, and scams.
This is completely false. It is shameful to remove the channel unjustly and then claim it violates your policies. This is unacceptable. It states the following:
1- Misleading content: Posting videos containing misleading metadata or deceptive titles and thumbnails that do not reflect reality.
I have not posted videos containing misleading metadata. All titles and thumbnails are identical to those in my videos, which are gaming videos. The image is also related to the game, and the title and description are for the game itself.
You can accuse me of misleading content if I post news content, not mobile gaming content.
2- Spam in interaction: Posting excessively repetitive comments or harmful and deceptive links in comments or the forum.
I haven't posted any duplicate comments. For each video on my channel, I post a single pinned comment, inviting viewers to watch videos that comment on the same video I'm commenting on. The links I use are: a link to my app on Google Play (I have proof that it's mine and that it's my app), and it's related to the content of my channel. There are no purchases, commercial activities, or offers of materials for money within the app. The app doesn't redirect users to other websites. Additionally, I include a link to a playlist related to my channel's content and a link to my Facebook group.
3- Fraud and Manipulation: Using automated tools or bots to artificially inflate views, subscribers, or likes.
I did not use any automated tools to increase views.
All my viewership comes from YouTube search, my channel pages, playlists, and my videos appearing in Google search results.
4- AI-Based Misinformation: Creating fake and misleading content that deceives users about specific identities or events.
I did not use any AI tools in my videos. I record the video using Bandicam and then upload it to Camtasia Studio. I design the thumbnails in Photoshop.
Regarding the rest of the policies, the content on my channel is created by me; it is not stolen or taken from another channel or platform. I also customize the thumbnails and titles. You must listen to us and our arguments. I cannot remain silent about a system that deleted my channel after I had edited my pinned comments. This is the second time I will submit my argument that your decision is wrong. After that, my lawyer will represent me to reinstate my channel according to the law and consumer protection procedures.
My channel is still under review. You must respond to my appeal properly and according to your stated policies. You must respond to my appeal via email, not tell me through a support representative that the review is complete and that I should ignore YouTube Studio because it's a relic of the old system. It's truly ridiculous that YouTube sets its own policies and then doesn't adhere to them.
