We have arrived in Frankfurt, at 1030 pm. For over 1 .5 hrs we are stuck in parking. They said they wil just change crew and we leave in 30 minutes . So far it was all a lie. We are stuck here. Airhostess has disrespected passenger. And police is here to harass people more.

@Ryanair @RyanairPress Then our flight from Cologne left at 830pm, (8.5 hrs after we are supposed to leave). Meanwhile no one has said to us we are actually heading to Frankfurt, as a “ stopover” . They mentioned this while the pilot is announcing takeoff!

Our flight from Eindhoven was supposed to depart at 12pm. First they moved us from Eindhoven airport to Cologne on bus, which included them herding us with wrong information to wrong meeting point for the shuttle. @Ryanair @RyanairPress
