Late Sheikh Albani Zaria and Late Sheikh Idris Dutsen Tanshi were not perfect, but one thing is difficult to deny: they were not scholars driven by money, political access or the pursuit of worldly favours.
They spoke their minds, challenged injustice and stood by what they believed was right even when it was unpopular. In an age where some religious figures easily bend their principles for politicians and material benefits, their willingness to remain outspoken is what made them different.
May Allah be pleased with their souls. Ameen
