@FabrizioRomano Not much he can do if the players are lazy, unmotivated or lack talent. Uruguay's best striker is Darwin Nunez - a guy who can't even get a game in the Saudi league. Ugarte is one of their bigger name midfielders. Still an unbelievably good coach and an even better person
