I haven't spoken at all about Top G Andrew Tate here, but I'll mention this. Alhamdulillah he's a Muslim and May Allah guide him.

But I really don't understand the obsession some Muslim guys have with him. It's like he's their only role model and they have dedicated their entire pages to him.

We've had scholars in prisons for decades and none of you have spoken a word about them, yet every second you are tweeting out #TopG begging for attention from other TopG fanboys.

Even after his conversion, AT has said some very questionable things, things that could literally take him out of the folds of Islam and Allah knows best. But we have people licking his boots similar to the way we have Saudi fanboys licking the boots of their leaders. Completely obsessed.

You can fight the degeneracy of western society and propagate Islamic views without making everything about Andrew Tate like he's the supreme leader and role model.

I'm not obsessed with the man so I've not been following his entire life to see if he's still continued with the Haram that he was doing before, but all I do know is he took his Shahada so you treat him like a new Muslim with a clean slate. Forget about the past and look to what he does now as a new Muslim. But don't put him on a pedestal and turn him into a role model for Muslim youth when he barely knows much about Islam.

Islam isn't just beliefs, Islam is your manners, your Adab, your etiquette, how you talk, and how you behave as a Muslim and as a human. And from his tweets, no young Muslims should be taking him as a role model. Let's stop this obsession please.

And if he has been unjustly imprisoned then May Allah free him and guide him, Ameen.
