@EdinburghTrams reeling from what my disabled mum in w/chair and I faced trying to get off at haymarket an hr ago. We pressed disabled stop button to alert we want to get off and moved towards doors before stop, but everyone flooded in before we could get off then doors shut!

@EdinburghTrams had to get off next stop to wait for tram back, missed two trains back to Glasgow, had to reschedule home care appointment. There's extra physical and mental stress for disabled if not able to get off at intended stop because it's harder to get back!
